Orange County CBD Oil 2000mg 10ml is a sublingual oil holding 2,000mg of cannabidiol in 10ml, which is 20 per cent concentration and, by the brand's own published figures, 10mg in a single drop. That last number deserves a pause. The Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults not to exceed 10mg of CBD a day from food supplements, so one drop of this oil reaches the whole of it. No other bottle Orange County makes packs a day's advised intake into a single drop, and not one page selling it says so.
One drop is the whole advisory figure
The Food Standards Agency's advice to healthy adults is not to exceed 10mg of CBD a day from food supplements. That is the figure it settled on after revising down a much higher earlier one in 2023, and it is the only official number in UK CBD that a buyer can actually use.
This oil delivers 10mg in one drop. A full pipette holds 200mg, which is twenty times the advisory figure in a single draw.
That is not a reason to avoid the product. It is a reason to know what you are holding. On the 500mg 10ml it takes four drops to reach the same amount, and on the 30ml carrying 1,000mg it takes six. Anyone stepping across from one of those while counting drops out of habit would multiply their intake several times over without changing anything about how they take it.
The practical consequence is that this bottle is difficult to take in small amounts. A drop is the smallest unit a pipette gives you, and here the smallest unit is already the ceiling.

The bottle that looks three times stronger and is not
Orange County also sells 6,000mg in a 30ml bottle. On a shelf or a search results page that looks like a far stronger product than this one. It is not stronger at all.
Both are 20 per cent. Both give 10mg in a drop and 200mg in a pipette. The 30ml simply holds three times as much of exactly the same oil, so it lasts three times as long and does nothing different while you are using it.
This is the second of two traps in the range, and having written up the first it is worth putting them side by side. The 1,000mg bottles show the same total in two different concentrations, so identical labels behave differently. This pair shows the same concentration at two different totals, so different labels behave identically.
Between them they make the point that the milligram figure on the front of a CBD oil tells you neither how strong a drop is nor how this bottle compares to the one next to it. Concentration answers the first question. Volume answers how long it lasts. The total on the label is those two multiplied together, and on its own it answers nothing.

A word on the size in the brand's own listing
Worth flagging if you go looking at the source. The brand's own page for this product carries a browser and search title stating 30ml, while its heading, its specification table and its web address all say 10ml.
Everything on the page itself is consistent and correct. It is the title, which is the line that appears in search results, that is wrong.
On a product where the volume is the entire question, that is an unfortunate field to get wrong, and it is easy to imagine somebody searching, reading 30ml in the results, clicking through and buying a bottle a third of the size they meant to.
We mention it because checking the specification rather than the search snippet is a habit worth having across this whole category, not just on this listing.
Full spectrum, and a disagreement in our own records
The brand lists this as full spectrum, with ingredients of full spectrum hemp-derived cannabidiol, MCT oil and terpenes. Every UK shop selling it titles it full spectrum too.
Our own product record says isolate. We went looking at how widespread that disagreement is, and the answer turned out to be narrow: across the whole catalogue only two products conflict with their own supporting data on this point, and both are Orange County 10ml oils, this one and the 1,000mg.
Since full spectrum is the grade that retains THC by design, we assume the more demanding reading. So no THC figure appears on this page and we make no claim about whether the bottle sits inside the UK limit, which is 1mg of controlled cannabinoids in total per container, counted as an absolute quantity rather than as a percentage of anything.

Taste, carrier and how it goes down
There is no flavouring in this. Unflavoured means the taste of hemp extract in oil, and at 20 per cent there is more extract crowded into each drop than in any other 10ml Orange County makes, so it is the most assertive of them on the tongue. Earthy, bitter, with a grassy note that hangs around briefly.
MCT oil is the carrier. Cannabidiol is a solid that will not dissolve in water, so it has to ride in a fat, and MCT stays fluid at room temperature and has little taste of its own. Terpenes are the aromatic fraction and are what makes it smell of hemp rather than of nothing.
The method is the standard one. Draw the pipette, place the drop or drops under the tongue, hold for something between half a minute and a minute, then swallow. Held there, some of it is absorbed through the tissue rather than passing through the stomach.
Because the drop is so concentrated, a lot of people find this easier to take with something to follow it. Stirring it into food or a drink also works, though anything swallowed straight away takes a slower route and the two methods are not interchangeable on timing.
