Why this oil is full spectrum, and it is not the reason you think

Almost every full spectrum product on the market is sold on the idea that more compounds are better for you. EndoFlo's own material leans that way too. But the technical reason this particular oil is full spectrum is far more concrete, and the brand names it directly: crystal resistant distillate.

Here is the problem it solves. Purified CBD is not naturally an oil. In isolated form it is a white crystalline solid, and when you dissolve a lot of it into a carrier, it behaves like any concentrated solution of a solid: cool it down, leave it long enough, and it starts coming back out. In a bottle that shows up as cloudiness, grit at the bottom, or a dropper that stops drawing cleanly.

The fix is to stop the CBD from being pure. Leave the minor cannabinoids and terpenes in with it and the mixture no longer behaves like a single compound trying to return to a crystal. It stays in solution.

That is what crystal resistant distillate is. EndoFlo names CBD, CBDa and cannabigerol among what is in it, alongside terpenes, and describes the result as a full spectrum profile.

So the full spectrum here is load bearing in a very literal sense. It is not an upgrade tier added on top of a plain oil, it is the thing preventing the plain oil from going grainy in a cold kitchen cupboard.

One consequence worth knowing before you buy: this makes the oil more stable in cold conditions than a highly purified alternative would be, and that is a genuine practical advantage rather than a claim about how it works in the body.

What nobody states about the THC in these bottles

This section matters more than anything else on the page, and we would rather set it out plainly than bury it.

Full spectrum is the one grade of CBD extract that deliberately keeps the whole cannabinoid profile, which by definition includes the controlled ones. Broad spectrum and isolate are made by removing them. So a full spectrum product starts from a different place in law.

The UK test is specific and widely misquoted. What matters is the total quantity of controlled cannabinoids in a container, and the threshold is one milligram. It is not a percentage, it is not per dose, and it does not scale with bottle size. A larger bottle does not get a larger allowance.

You will see 0.2 per cent quoted all over the internet as though it were the consumer limit. It is not. That figure comes from the rules governing which hemp varieties may be grown, and it has nothing to do with what may be in a finished bottle on a shelf.

Now the honest part. We checked EndoFlo's own product pages and the retailers ranking for these tinctures, and none of them publishes a THC figure. The brand states that its tinctures undergo rigorous testing for purity, potency and safety, but no certificate of analysis or lab result is linked from the page we read.

So we are not going to tell you these bottles are under the limit, because we have not seen the batch testing that would let anyone say so honestly. We have asked our distributor for per-batch certificates covering this line and will publish what comes back. Until then, any claim about the THC content of a full spectrum product that is not backed by a batch certificate should be read as unverified, including on pages that sound more confident than this one.

Three flavours, two of which are named after something else

The range is Lemon OG, Strawberry OG and Peppermint, and the naming tells you who the branding is aimed at.

OG is a suffix from cannabis strain naming, where it has been attached to strain names for decades. Lemon OG and Strawberry OG borrow that convention. Peppermint, notably, does not, and reads like an ordinary flavour name by comparison.

It is worth being clear about what that does and does not mean. A strain-styled flavour name describes the aroma profile the flavouring is aiming at. It is not a statement that the oil was made from that strain, and we would not read it as one.

On taste: at this concentration the MCT carrier is close to neutral, so the flavouring and the terpenes are most of what you get. The two fruit options are sweeter and rounder, and peppermint is the sharpest and the most effective at covering the vegetal note that full spectrum extract carries and isolate does not.

That last point is the practical one for anyone new to full spectrum. It genuinely does taste more of plant than a purified oil, because there is more plant in it. Peppermint is the flavour doing the most work to hide that.

Strength, and where it sits against the rest of our oils

Each bottle holds 500mg of CBD in 30ml, which works out at roughly sixteen and a half milligrams in every millilitre.

By the standards of our oil shelf that is at the gentle end. Vitality's dual applicators run at eighty and one hundred and sixty milligrams per millilitre, and Orange County's larger bottles go higher again. If you have been taking a concentrated oil and switch to this, the same size dose will contain considerably less.

Whether that is a drawback depends entirely on what you are doing. A lower concentration gives you finer control, because each drop moves the total by less, and it is the more forgiving choice if you are still working out what suits you.

The claim we are not repeating, and who should skip these

Descriptions of these tinctures elsewhere say the compounds work together to enhance the overall benefits of CBD, an idea usually called the entourage effect.

We are naming it rather than repeating it. It is a hypothesis about how cannabinoids and terpenes might interact, it is used across the industry as a selling point for full spectrum products, and it is not something we are in a position to assert as fact about any bottle. Now the cautions.

Skip these if you want documented THC content today, for the reasons set out above. An isolate or broad spectrum oil is the straightforward answer if that certainty is what you need, since both are made by removing the controlled compounds.

Skip them if you want a concentrated oil, because at under seventeen milligrams a millilitre this is one of the gentler bottles we list.

Skip them if you dislike the taste of plant extract. Full spectrum carries a vegetal character that no amount of strawberry entirely covers.

And skip the mixed selection specifically if you already know which flavour you want, since all three are listed individually and buying the assortment means ending up with two you did not choose.
