Crystal resistant distillate exists because of a specific engineering failure in vape hardware.

Concentrated cannabinoids recrystallise as they cool. In a cartridge that is not merely cosmetic: the crystals block the intake ports and foul the wick, so the vapour becomes inconsistent and eventually the hardware stops working properly. It is one of the more common ways a cartridge fails.

The industry's answer was to reformulate the distillate so it will not crystallise, by keeping minor cannabinoids and terpenes in the mix rather than refining them out. Our listing for the mixed selection explains that chemistry in full.

EndoFlo comes from that side of the market. Its own range leads with vape pens, and this tincture is the same class of material moved into a bottle with a dropper.

Which raises the question nobody selling these asks: what does crystal resistance actually do for you here?

A glass bottle with a pipette has no coil, no wick and no intake port. There is nothing for a crystal to clog. What you get instead is a more stable bottle: no clouding, no grit settling at the bottom, and a dropper that keeps drawing cleanly through a cold winter in a bathroom cabinet.

That is a real benefit and we would not dismiss it. It is also a considerably smaller one than the failure the material was designed to prevent, and it is worth knowing that the headline feature on this bottle is doing lighter work than its name suggests.

What is in the bottle, and what it works out at

Each 30ml bottle holds 500mg of CBD, which is a shade under seventeen milligrams in every millilitre.

That is worth converting into something you can picture. A dropper drop is roughly five hundredths of a millilitre, so a drop of this carries somewhere near eight tenths of a milligram. The Food Standards Agency's precautionary figure for healthy adults is ten milligrams a day from supplements, and at this concentration that arithmetic lands at about a dozen drops.

Two caveats on that sum. Drop size is not a precise unit and varies with how the pipette is squeezed and how warm the oil is, so read it as a rough conversion rather than a measurement. The carrier is MCT, a fractionated coconut oil that is close to flavourless, which matters more on a full spectrum product than on an isolate one because there is more plant character for the carrier to stay out of the way of.

How the lemon sits against the extract

Full spectrum extract tastes of plant. That is not a criticism, it is a direct consequence of leaving the minor cannabinoids and terpenes in rather than stripping them out, and it is the trade that comes with the grade.

So the flavouring on a full spectrum oil is doing a different job from the flavouring on an isolate one. On an isolate there is very little to cover. Here there is a green, faintly bitter base underneath everything.

Lemon handles it in the middle of EndoFlo's three options. It is sharp enough to cut across the vegetal note and sits over it cleanly, without pretending it is not there. You taste lemon first and hemp second.

The brand's peppermint is the more thorough cover, because cooling and sharpness together mask more than sharpness alone. Strawberry is the least effective at it, being sweet rather than sharp.

So if you are new to full spectrum and unsure whether you will get on with the taste, lemon is the sensible middle choice, and our peppermint listing is the one to read if you would rather not taste the extract at all.

The THC question, and who should choose differently

Full spectrum is the only grade of CBD extract made by keeping the whole cannabinoid profile rather than removing part of it, so the controlled compounds are retained by design.

The UK test is a quantity in a container, not a percentage: one milligram of controlled cannabinoids in each container, regardless of how large that container is. The 0.2 per cent figure widely repeated online is a rule about which hemp varieties may be grown, and it has never been the consumer threshold.

Neither EndoFlo nor any retailer selling this bottle publishes a THC figure or a certificate of analysis, so we are not in a position to tell you where this product sits against that limit, and we are not going to imply it. We have asked our distributor for per-batch certificates covering the EndoFlo line and will publish them here when they arrive.

Now the cautions.

Choose an isolate or broad spectrum oil instead if documented cannabinoid content is what you need, because both are produced by removing the controlled compounds rather than retaining them.

Choose something else if you want a concentrated oil. Under seventeen milligrams a millilitre is gentle by the standards of our shelf, and a stronger bottle covers the same amount in far fewer drops.

Choose peppermint over this if the taste of plant extract is the thing you are worried about.

And choose the mixed selection over a single bottle only if you genuinely want to compare, because otherwise you end up with two flavours you did not pick.
