Euphoria H4CBD 10% Oil 10ml is a 10ml bottle with a dropper, containing roughly 1,000mg of H4CBD. H4CBD is not CBD. It is a semi-synthetic cannabinoid produced by hydrogenating cannabidiol in a laboratory, it holds no Novel Foods authorisation, and nothing about it has been approved by a UK regulator. That matters more here than on any other H4CBD product we sell, because this one comes with instructions telling you to swallow it, and the same copy simultaneously describes it as being for aromatherapy.

Trade copy for this oil gives detailed instructions for taking it: place the drops under your tongue, hold them there for two minutes, then swallow, and take it thirty to sixty minutes after food.
The same copy also states that the product is designed for aromatherapy.
Those two things cannot both be true. Nothing designed for aromatherapy comes with advice about how long after a meal to swallow it. One of those statements is describing what the product is for and the other is describing what the seller would prefer to be on record as saying.
We have met this framing repeatedly across the hemp and hash aisle, where products are described as fragrance items or raw materials rather than as things to consume. On those, the non-consumption wording at least stands on its own. Here it sits directly beside a set of consumption instructions, which is a different order of problem, and it is the reason this page exists in the shape it does.
What H4CBD is, stated once and plainly
H4CBD is made by taking cannabidiol and adding hydrogen to it. The result is a different molecule from the one it started as: semi-synthetic, derived from a plant compound but not produced by the plant in any meaningful quantity.
It is therefore not CBD, and a product containing it is not a CBD product however it is shelved or labelled. It holds no Novel Foods authorisation. It has not been approved, validated or signed off by any UK regulator, and no seller, ourselves included, is in a position to tell you otherwise.
Trade copy for this oil describes H4CBD as a cannabinoid that is partly naturally occurring in cannabis. Whatever trace quantities may exist in the plant, the H4CBD in a commercial product is manufactured by hydrogenating CBD. Calling it naturally occurring, even partly, invites you to read it as a plant compound rather than a laboratory-modified one, and it is worth knowing which of those you are buying.
We are not going to tell you what H4CBD does. The trade sells it on the strength of a more pronounced effect than CBD, and that specific claim is what brings the category within reach of legislation covering substances supplied for their effect.
An H4CBD you swallow is the hardest case on our shelves
This is the part that separates this product from every other H4CBD line we sell, and no page selling it mentions it.
The Novel Foods regime governs ingestible CBD and applies to anything you eat or swallow. It does not reach vapes, topicals or smokables. That is why our page for the H4CBD pre-rolls can set Novel Foods aside and address instead the questions that actually apply to a smokable product.
An oil taken under the tongue and swallowed is a food. So Novel Foods applies to it, and H4CBD has no authorisation under that regime. The separate question about substances supplied for their effect applies as well, exactly as it does to every other H4CBD product.
So on this one, neither issue can be set aside. It is the H4CBD format in the weakest regulatory position of any we stock, and it is worth saying so on the page rather than leaving a buyer to work it out.

Euphoria makes a CBD oil with identical numbers, and this is not it
Here is a trap worth naming before you order. Euphoria also produces a genuine full spectrum CBD oil at 10 per cent, in a 10ml bottle, containing 1,000mg.
Same brand. Same percentage. Same bottle size. Same milligram total. Completely different compound. One is cannabidiol, the plant cannabinoid with an established if unfinished regulatory route in the UK. The other is a laboratory-hydrogenated derivative with none.
The only reliable way to tell them apart is the letters H4 in the name. Nothing else in the specification differs, and that is an unusually poor basis on which to expect buyers to distinguish two materially different products.
If you came looking for a Euphoria 10 per cent oil and you meant CBD, the CBD version is the one you want, and it is not this page.

Ten per cent of ten millilitres is a thousand milligrams
Straightforward arithmetic, and as with the hash lines on this site, nobody publishes it. If the stated 10 per cent is accurate, the bottle holds around 1,000mg of H4CBD.
Our own records carry no milligram figure for this product at all, which is a gap on our side rather than the manufacturer's.
A 20 per cent version of the same bottle also exists in our range, which on the same arithmetic would hold roughly 2,000mg in the same 10ml. Everything on this page applies to it identically.
Beyond that, the manufacturer claims supercritical CO2 extraction, no GMOs and no diluents or heavy metals. Those are claims about production rather than about the compound, and none of them changes what the compound is.
Why this sits in our CBD oil aisle, and why that is not ideal
You will have found this page in the CBD oil section, and our own product listing describes it as CBD oil. Both of those are wrong, and we would rather say so than quietly write around it.
Our catalogue is generated from distributor feeds, and the process that classifies products has put a semi-synthetic cannabinoid into the cannabidiol aisle and labelled it accordingly. It is a data problem rather than a deliberate choice, and it is one of several we have logged while writing these pages.
The written copy on this page is the correction. What we cannot do from here is move the product or relabel the listing, because those belong to the import process rather than to the words.
In the meantime, read the aisle as a rough guide and the page as the accurate description. If a product name contains H4CBD, it is not CBD, wherever you found it.
Who should not buy this
If you want CBD, this is not CBD, and Euphoria's own 10 per cent CBD oil has identical numbers on the bottle. That is the one to look for.
If a settled regulatory position matters to you, this product does not have one, and as an ingestible it sits in the weakest position of any H4CBD format we carry.
